The Job " Training Before we let you loose on the street, all our new fundraisers are invited to our Bristol office for two days of Core Skills Training with our Training Manager. These two days will cover everything from the beginnings of Face2Face UK, to the importance of long-term regular donations. You will also be given guidance on how to speak to potential donors, which might seem a little daunting at first, but your confidence will grow when you start working on the street with your team. Before you and your team start working on new campaigns, you will attend campaign training days which are normally held at the Charity's headquarters. Here you will have the opportunity to hear more about the lives you have affected through your hard work, and how the money you have raised is being used to help people all over the world. We support each of our fundraisers in every way possible. Each local team consists of 6 fundraisers and a Field Manager, who is responsible for looking after you and your team, and helping you to develop your fundraising skills.
